Gold Medal Mel
Mel Stewart (aka Gold Medal Mel) won the 200m Butterfly at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics for the USA. He is also a former world record holder in this event and currently works for the USA Swimming Foundation. Mel has some excellent video interviews on his site and some great blog posts as well.

GoSwim
GoSwim.tv is a great resource for coaches and those looking to improve their technique. At GoSwim you can find some awesome drills and videos of solid technique.
SwimNews
SwimNews is great for keeping up with the latest news on swimming worldwide. Though it comes across a but biased at times, SwimNews provides unmatched coverage of relevant swimming news around the world.
